CorelDRAW makes it easy to pull together whatever correspondence you may send.

In this demonstration, Kitchen Interiors has a standard letter that accompanies every quote they send out.

Most of the information is the same for every customer, except, of course, the date, the address and the salutation.
400
By including this information in a separate text file, it's now possible to merge the variable information with the main letter. That said, you could send the same letter to several people.
710
Once the text file is set up, the main letter needs only the variable fields. That is, the date field, address fields and the name. The standard information is entered in paragraph text.

When the text file and the CorelDRAW file are ready, send the CorelDRAW file to Print Merge, where you'll specify the name of the text file. The information will merge at the printer.
1230
Before we send our file to print, however, we'll apply and update some styles applied to the main text.
1340
A template was created for this letter, where all the styles necessary to create the letter are displayed in the Styles roll-up.
1450
To apply a style, click once anywhere in the paragraph you wish to update, then select the style from the roll-up and click Apply.
1630
To update a style, for example "CLOSING", set and apply the changes first in the text roll-up or through the text menu.
1932
Then, clicking the right mouse button to display the Object Menu, select "Update Style".
